通过构建物流资源配置指标体系,从区县、地级市和增长极三个层面对四川省21个地级市、183个区县的物流资源配置情况进行了实证分析。运用泰尔(Theil)指数研究了区域内和区域间的资源配置公平性,并采用回归分析方法研究了物流资源配置的影响因素。结果表明,四川省物流资源配置呈现“单点多级”格局,具有明显的空间集聚特征;物流节点与企业资源配置分化,通道资源配置相对均衡;各地级市内部的资源配置差异最为显著;人口密度、GDP、消费品零售总额和工业增加值是物流资源配置的重要影响因素。
To analyze the logistics resources allocation,including logistics nodes,channels and enterprises,an index system was built and applied to three levels from district,city to growth pole. Research data covered 21 cities and 183 districts in Sichuan province. The allocation fairness within and between areas was count by Theil index. And the factors affecting logistics resources allocation were studied by regression analysis method. It shows that the logistics resources allocation in Sichuan reveals obvious spatial aggregation characteristic of“single-center and multiple poles”. The differentiation between areas of nodes and enterprises resources is very distinct,while the difference of channels is relatively smaller. The most obvious manifestation of unfair allocation is the disequilibrium within each city. The population density,GDP,total social retail sales and industrial added value has the most significant impact on logistics resources allocation.
