合成具有独特结构的三蝶烯-2,3,6,7-四甲酸二酐,利用低温溶液缩聚-化学酰亚胺化法,分别与4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(DMA)、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)合成两种结构新颖的聚酰亚胺.利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT—IR)、热失重分析(TGA)与示差扫描量热法(DSC)等手段对聚酰亚胺进行表征,研究其溶解性能、特性粘数等.结果表明:聚酰亚胺可溶于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺等极性溶剂,其特性粘数为0.83dL·g-1,5%热分解温度均在590℃以上.
A new compound with unique structure, triptycene-2,3,6,7-tetracarboxylic dianhydride has been synthesized, and then a novel type of polyimide (PI) was synthesized from this dianhydride and ODA or MDA via the obtained PIs low temperature solution polycondensation and chemical imidization. The structure and properties of the obtained polyimide were characterized by FT-IR, TGA and DSC, solution property and intrinsic viscosity were also taken into account. The results showed that the Pls is soluble with the polar solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N, N-dimethyl acetamide, the intrinsic viscosity reaches 0. 83 dL·g-1, thermally decomposed temperature gets to 590℃ with 5% content.
