艾灸对类风湿性关节炎大鼠海马CA1-CA3区及齿状回nNOS表达的影响

目的探讨艾灸对类风湿性关节炎(RA)大鼠海马及齿状回一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法选用健康SD大鼠15只,随机分为对照组、RA模型组、艾灸治疗组,每组5只。RA模型组,艾炙治疗组以福氏完全佐剂(FCA)造模。造模后第7天,对艾炙治疗组进行艾灸“肾俞”、“足三里”治疗,免疫组化法测定海马及齿状回nNOS的表达。结果①RA模型组与对照组比较,RA大鼠海马CA2-CA3区nNOS的含量显著升高,有显著差异(P〈0.01);艾炙治疗组与模型组比较,nNOS的含量显著降低,有显著差异(P〈0.01)。②RA模型组与对照组比较,RA大鼠海马CA1区nNOS的含量显著升高,有显著差异(P〈0.01);RA模型组与艾炙治疗组比较,无显著差异(P〉0.05)。③RA模型组,对照组,艾炙治疗组RA大鼠齿状回nNOS的含量无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论艾灸干预能降低RA大鼠海马CA2~CA3 nNOS的含量,海马在艾灸治疗实验性RA中具有重要作用。

英文摘要:

Objective To study the effect of moxibustion on expression of nNos in the hippocampus and dentate gyrus of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)rats. Methods 15 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, and moxibustion group. The Model and moxibustion groups were injected with Freund's Complete Adjuvant (FCA). 7 days after injection, the moxibustion groups was treated with moxibustion at "Shenshu(BL23)" and "Zusanli (ST36)" acupoints. The expression of nNos in CA1-CA3 region of hippoeampus and DG region was observed with immunohistochemistry. Results In CA2-CA3 region, the expression of nNos in the model group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0. 01), and the moxibustion group lower than the model group. In CA1 region, the model group was higher than the control group(P〈0. 01). There was no difference between the model group and the moxibustion group(P 〉0. 05). In DG region, no difference between the 3 groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion nNOS in CA2-CA3 region of hippocampus was decreased by moxibustion. Hippoeampus closely involved in the moxibustion on RA.
