笔者采用随机抽样调查高校商科专业189名大学生,运用探索性因素分析对数据进行处理,结果表明,商科专业大学生课堂不文明行为是四因素结构:学习消极、敌意行为、漠视纪律、轻视怠慢;引起商科专业大学生课堂不文明行为的原因主要是由15个方面的内容构成。为了提高大学生课堂学习效果,笔者最后提出了一些对策建议。
This study randomly surveys 189 students in university, and uses exploratory factor analysis for data processing. The result shows that incivility structure of Chinese university students is made up of four factors: negative study, hostile, alienated indifference and neglect. The incivility of classroom is caused by 15 aspects. In order to improve the effectiveness of the university classroom learning, this study concludes with some suggestions.
