文章利用离散单元法对粗糙表面接触与摩擦过程进行了建模和模拟,再现了表面摩擦时表面形貌变形的整个过程。研究结果表明:影响表面形貌的主要因素是压力和速度,速度主要影响表面切向应力,压力主要影响法向应力;同时,表面形貌的变形量主要与压力和速度有关,速度和压力越大,表面形貌变形越严重。
In this paper, the discrete element method is used to simulate the process of contact and friction of rough surfaces. The whole deformation process of surface topography is reproduced. The simulation results show that the main factors affecting the surface deformation are pressure and speed, which mainly affect the normal stress and the tangential stress respectively. And the deformation of the surface morphology mainly related to pressure and speed, the greater the speed and pressure, the more serious the deformation of the surface morphology is.
