Fracture healing is a complex and continuous repair process,it is influenced by many environmental factors.If the change of these factors will be delay fracture healing,and even lead to nonunion.There are many factors that affect the fracture healing,which can be divided into their own factors,physical factors,chemical factors and biological factors.This article mainly focus on the biological factors,expounds the role of all kinds of influence factors in the process of fracture healing.
