Liang Yongming was born in 1974. He is a Ph.D. candidate in electronic engineering at Shanghai Jiaotong University. His research interests include B3G mobile communication systems and OFDM technique. He is currently a professor at the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University. His main researches are the 3G and 4G mobile communication systems and their key techniques for wireless transmission. Wu Yadong wa born in 1957. He received a Ph.D. degree from Ritsumeikan University. He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Computer Science, Shanghai Jiaotong University. His main researches are acoustics and speech identification, robustness, interface between human and machine, knowledge processing, and so on. Huang Jianguo was born in 1945. Now he is a professor in the College of Marine Engineering, Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is also a guest professor of Department of Electronic Engineering,Shanghai Jiaotong University. His research interests include wireless communication, mobile and personal communication.
