在理论解析组织制度与组织成员互动关系的基础上,提出制度支持感的概念,并对制度支持感的内涵及其结构构成进行解析和探究。同时,选取江苏等地代表性企业组织制度作为研究对象,对组织制度支持感问卷进行修订,测量并描述了当前组织制度支持感现状和特征。
Based on theoretical analysis of interaction relationship between organizational management rules and members,this paper puts forward the conception of Perceived Rules Support( PRS),and analyzes the connotation and structure types of PRS. At the same time,it edits the questionnaire of PRS by choosing the organizational rules belonged to enterprises in Jiangsu and others province as the research object. In the end,it concludes the status and characteristics of PRS.
