Based on theoretical analysis of interaction relationship between organizational management rules and members,this paper puts forward the conception of Perceived Rules Support（ PRS）,and analyzes the connotation and structure types of PRS. At the same time,it edits the questionnaire of PRS by choosing the organizational rules belonged to enterprises in Jiangsu and others province as the research object. In the end,it concludes the status and characteristics of PRS.
