雨水调蓄池是一项有效的城市排水系统暴雨溢流污染控制技术,对国内首座投入运行的上海成都路调蓄池和目前投入运行有效容积最大的上海新昌平调蓄池2010年运行数据的对比研究显示:①成都路和新昌平调蓄池2010年分别削减了10.7%和28.9%的暴雨溢流量,对暴雨溢流COD的削减率分别为17.4%和41.0%,发挥了良好的暴雨溢流污染削减效应;②在既定服务面积、下垫面类型和降雨等边界条件下,调蓄池的设计方法、设计标准、进水模式和放空模式是影响调蓄池发挥污染减排效应的重要因素;③为充分发挥雨水调蓄池的污染减排效应,建议依据调蓄池所服务区域的自然地理条件,选用适当的容积设计标准。
The stormwater detention tank (SDT) is a useful measure to reduce combined sewer overflow (CSO) during storm. Based on the running data of the Chengdulu SDT, the first running SDT in China, and the data of the Xinchangping SDT, the running SDT with the largest volume in China until 2010, the CSO pollutant reduction effects of two different SDTs in central Shanghai were studied. The re- sults showed that:① The Chengdulu and Xinchangping SDTs could reduce CSO pollutants effectively. In 2010, the annual CSO volume reduction rates were 10.7% and 28.9% , respectively, and the annual re- moval rates of COD from CSO were 17.4% and 41.0% , respectively. ② With boundary conditions of service area, underground type and precipitation given, the design method, design standard, inlet mode, and emptying mode of SDT were the important factors affecting CSO pollutant reduction rate.③ In order to make full use of SDT' s pollutant reduction effect, the proper volume design standard should be chosen according to the local physiographic condition.
