本研究以中山市的92家私有纺织服装企业为研究对象,引入企业规模和成立时间作为控制变量,探讨高绩效工作系统与企业绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明,高绩效工作系统与企业绩效显著正相关。不同特征的企业在实施高绩效工作系统时其关注的维度有所不同。成立时间不长或规模较小的企业,更多地把时间和精力放在人员招聘和薪酬管理方面,对员工培训、参与和沟通以及绩效管理没有给予足够的重视;成立时间较长或规模较大的企业对人员招聘、薪酬管理以及绩效管理都给予了重视,对参与和沟通以及员工培训两方面给予的关注还有待提高。本研究为纺织服装行业以及类似的劳动密集型企业在实施高绩效工作系统时提供了有益的参考.
In this study, we take the firm size and establishment time as control variables and explore the relationship between high performance work systems and corporate perlimnance, based on the 92 privately held textile and garment enterprises in Zbongshan. The results indicate that high performance work systems and corporate performance are highly positive related. The enterprises with different characteristics are concerned with different dimensions of high performance work systems. The enterprises which are small size or haven't set up for a long time, are inclined to spending more time and resources on recruitment and salad' management, without paying great attention to staff training, participation and communication. While the enterprises that are great size or have set up for a long time, attach great importance to staff recruitment and salary management, However, participation and communication and staff training should be given more attention in the future. This study gives a useful reference to the textile and garment industry and similar abor-intensive enterprises, when they implement high performance work systems
