微载体具有比表面较大等优点,是目前较常用而有效的动物细胞大规模培养的载体,微载体培养技术已经成为动物细胞工程的基础和细胞学研究的主要技术和热点之一,广泛地应用于生产一些具有重要实用和商业价值的产品,积累了大量的实践经验和关键的实验数据,并在肝细胞、软骨细胞、成纤维细胞等组织工程种子大规模扩增研究领域取得了许多进展。文章就微载体及其在肝细胞培养中的研究进展做一综述,为动物细胞培养的载体研究提供理论基础。
Microcarrier possesses the advantages of larger surface area and has been used commonly and effectively to culture large-scale animal cells. Microcarrier culture technology has become one of the main technology and focuses in the basis of animal cell engineering and cytology research. It has been used extensively in the production of some products with important practical and commercial values, and accumulates a great deal of experience and the key experimental data. It has made much progress in the field of large-scale amplification research of tissue engineering seed cells such as liver cells, cartilage cells, fibroblasts, and so on. In this review, we sum up the research progress of microcarrier culture technology and its application in hepatocyte culture, and provide theoretical foundation for the carder study of culturing animal cells.
