制备了明胶-氧化铁复合磁性微粒,用XRD、SEM和IR对其表面组织与结构作了分析,对其磁流体的磁流变性能、沉降稳定性作了测定。结果表明:明胶-氧化铁复合磁性微粒为晶体态α-Fe和非晶蛋白质的复合物;该体系制成的磁性悬浮液具有良好的磁流变效应,且沉降稳定性大大优于一般羰基铁磁性液体。
Fe particles with microemulsion were prepared. The surface structure was analyzed by means of XRD, SEM and IR The rnagnetorheological effects and subsidence stability of the gelatin/iron-oxides were studied. The results have shown that the gelatin/iron-oxides were complex particles composed of crystal α-Fe and non-crystal protein and exhibited very effective magnetorheological effect and much better subsidence stability than the single carbonyl iron.
