为了保证复合材料结构的成型质量和工作过程的安全,考虑采用嵌入压电智能夹层进行主动的、在线的监测复合材料的成型过程和服役过程。首先通过复合材料力学基本性能对比实验,验证了嵌入智能夹层并没有明显地降解复合材料的结构整体性。接着又进一步应用压电智能夹层对复合材料成型过程信号的相位延迟和服役过程的载荷进行了实时、主动的监测。以上研究证明了嵌入压电智能夹层对复合材料的成型和服役过程进行实时监测的可行性。
In order to ensure the quality of finished products in molding and the security in serving of composites, active, on-line composite monitoring was carried out through embedding piezoelectric SMART layer into composites. First, we testified that the embedded SMART layer does not degrade the structural integrity of host composites through basic mechanical performance experiments. Then, the signal phase delay in curing of the composites and the loading in serving of composites were monitored in real-time and actively using piezoelectric SMART layer. From the above experiments we conclude that it is feasible to monitor the molding and serving processes of composites in realtime using embedded piezoelectric SMART layer. identification
