microRNA,the regulator with main effects at transcription level,plays a privotal role on angiogenesis,and the negative regulation of miR-200 b on angiogenesis in chronic wound of diabetes patients is deeply studied.Targets presently known include miR-200 b cover Ets-1,VEGF,VEGFR1,VEGFR2,GATA proteins and so on.
