基于多测点的特高压长距离直流输电线路行波故障测距

为解决长距离高压直流(HVDC)输电线路精确的故障测距问题,提出了一种基于多测点的行波测距方法。该方法是沿直流线路全线长范围内装设以Rogowski线圈为核心的行波检测单元,当直流线路发生故障后,测距主站通过分析各个检测点的故障行波波到时刻,实现故障区段的判别及错标时刻的剔除,并选其最邻近的3个检测点的波到时刻和其间对应的线路长度来计算故障距离。结果表明:该测距计算无需引入经验波速和线路全长,可以缓解波速变化和线路全长不准确所带来的测距误差。大量的测距仿真计算结果表明,通过多测点获取的故障信息,可以提高长距离HVDC线路测距的精度和可靠性。研究结果证明了所提方法的有效性,可为特高压直流(UHVDC)长距离输电线路故障测距提供参考。

英文摘要:

In order to solve the problem of the fault location of the super long high voltage direct current (HVDC) trans- mission line, we proposed a traveling wave fault location method based on the multi measuring points. Detection device with Rogowski coil as the core was installed along the DC line long range. When the DC line fault occurs, the distance main station carries out the discrimination of the fault section, the wrong time is eliminated by analyzing the fault wave of each detection point to the time, and fault distance is calculated by the time at which the wave arrives at the measuring points of three points closest to the fault point and the length of line between three points. The result shows the fault loca- tion calculation does not need to introduce experience velocity and line length, which can mitigate the error caused by the change of wave velocity and the inaccuracy of the total length of the line. A large number of simulation results show that the accuracy and reliability of long distance HVDC line fault location can be improved by acquiring the fault information from multi measuring points. The research results show that the proposed method is effective and can provide references for fault location of ultra-high voltage direct current (UHVDC) long distance transmission lines.
