针对开关控制策略的决策问题,研究因素空间变权理论在开关控制中的应用.该方法利用变权均衡原理确定开关控制策略,无需整定控制器参数,控制精度高且简单实用.首先对基于因素空间变权理论的开关控制和基于PID控制算法的开关控制进行了仿真对比,研究结果表明基于因素变权的开关控制控制精度更高,抗干扰能力更强,适合复杂工业系统的应用.然后以啤酒发酵过程为对象,在南该过程非线性机理模型构成的仿真平台上进行发酵温度的开关控制仿真实验,实验结果表明凶素变权开关控制具有较好的工业应用前景.
In order to make the on off control policy,new on off control policy based on the factor space and the variable weight theo-ry is constructed and investigated in this paper. The on off control strategy in such a policy is determined by variable weight balance principle,thus the parameters adjustment isn't required when using this policy. Five simulation experiments are designed to examine and test the policy. From the results of the simulation experiments, frequently on-off change of the actuator is avoided thus with bet ter anti-interference capacity and higher control accuracy can be obtained. At the meantime, control accuracy, robustness, anti-interfer- ence of this policy is investigated via simulations. Finally,a typical industrial process of the beer fermentation temperature control is used as a case study to illustrate this new control method. The results show that this policy is better than the conventional PID con- trol and has great potential and prosperous for industrial application.
