MicroRNAs(微小RNAs)是新近发现的内源性高度保守的非蛋白质编码的长约22核苷酸单链小分子RNA,在转录后水平上调节基因表达的重要调节因子。MiR-125b在多种肿瘤组织中表达异常,既有上调发挥癌基因作用的报道,也有下调发挥抑癌基因作用的报道,miR-125b在肿瘤中作用的研究结果众说纷纭,涉及到肿瘤细胞生命活动周期的各个过程,以下就miR-125b与肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、转移、分化和耐药方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
MicroRNAs(small RNAs)are newly identified endogeneous evolutionarily conserved single noncoding RNA ~22 nucleotides in length,which are key factors of regulating gene expression posttranscriptionally.MiR-125b was identified aberrantly expressed in various tumors.It is reported that miR-125b is up-regulated and plays oncogenic role in some researches,however it is also down-regulated and plays likely tumor suppressor gene role in other researches.In addition,miR-125b has critical functions involving in various celluar biological activities such as proliferation,apoptosis,invasiveness,metastasis,differention,and drug-resistance.We reviewed progess in these functional researches of miR-125b in tumors as follows.
