针对以总质量成本最小化为优化目标的质量经济性分析未充分考虑产品收入和产品净质量收益方法的局限性,基于在产品技术标准为对称偏差的情形,引入与顾客满意度相关的产品价值函数,给出净质量收益意义下的质量经济性分析方法,该方法以产品净质量收益最大化为优化目标,探讨确定最优质量水平。分别运用上述两种方法探讨了最优质量水平的确定,结果表明:以产品净质量收益最大化为优化目标的最优质量水平不同于以产品总质量成本最小化为优化目标的最优质量水平,以产品净质量收益最大化为优化目标的最优质量水平较高。给出了净质量收益意义下的质量经济性分析方法及公式,通过定量研究得出基于新方法的产品质量优化更有效,从而拓展了传统的以总质量成本最小化为优化目标的质量经济性分析。
Net quality benefits related to product revenues are ingnored in traditional economic analysis of product quality which optimizes the product quality level via minmizing total quality cost.In order to evaluate optimal product quality more effectivly,value fuction,which describes customers’ satisfaction,is applied for analyzing the quality economics of the product with symmetric tolerance.The analysis is to derive the optimal quality level via maximizing the net quality benefits of product.Then the optimal is derived via above two methods.The results demonstrate that the optimal quality level derived via maxmizing the net quality benefits is higher than that derived via minmizing total quality cost.The study extends the traditional economic analysis of product quality using minmizing total quality cost to via maximizing the net quality benefits quantitatively.
