目的初步确定大接骨丹干燥树皮抗炎镇痛活性的有效部位。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应的动物模型.分别观察大接骨丹干燥树皮的抗炎以及镇癫活性。结果大接骨丹干燥树皮的石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓炎症和醋酸所致的扭体反应均有显著的抑制作用。结论初步确定石油醚部位和乙酸乙酯部位为大接骨丹干燥树皮的抗炎、镇痛药效学活性部位。
OBJECTIVE To select pharmacodynamic active extracts of TorriceUia angulata Oliv. for antiin flammatory and analgesic effects. METHODS To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Torricellia angulata O- liv. by the models of xyleneinduced ear acute inflammatory edema and acetic acidinduced torsion of mice. RESULTS The petroleum ether fraction and EtOAc fraction can prevent the development of ear tumefac tion caused by xylene and torsion caused by acetic acid. CONCLUSION The results show that the pharrnacody namic active extracts of Torricellia angulata Oliv. are the petroleum ether fraction and EtOAc fraction.
