电力作动器中永磁容错电机的电感和谐波分析

针对永磁容错电机大漏感的特点,利用磁矢量有限元法对六相十极永磁容错电机进行分析,得出其绕组自感的组成成分,尤其是电机内漏感分布;同时建立六相十极永磁容错电机的磁路模型,利用磁路法推导出较高精度的绕组自感及其组成部分的解析式,通过有限元验证,该解析式的计算精度在5.6%以内。此解析式可推广到一般的永磁容错电机中去,进而为永磁容错电机的初始设计和性能分析提供了理论依据。最后,对永磁容错电机内谐波漏感进行了量化分析,为后续的电机控制及其热分析打下基础。

英文摘要:

In an attempt to deal with the large leakage inductance of fault tolerant permanent magnet machines (FTPMMs), the six-phase ten-pole FTPMM is calculated by finite element method (FEM) of the vector magnetic potential. The components of self-inductance, and especially the distribution of leakage inductance of its windings, are obtained. Simultaneously, a magnetic circuit model of the motor is presented. The analytical formulation of winding self inductance and its portions are predicted by the method of magnetic circuit. The calculation accuracy of this analytical formulation is below 5.6% by verification of FEM. This formulation can be extended to general FTPMMs, so it offers a theoretical reference to original FTPMM design and performance analysis. Finally the harmonic leakage of FTPMM is analyzed quantitatively, which provides a foundation for subsequent motor control and heat calculation.
