利用燃煤电厂烟气脱硫所产的脱硫石膏制备JB型脱硫建筑石膏,在组分复合改性提高强度和耐水性的基础上,探讨了改件脱硫建筑有膏制备加气砌块的工艺参数。结果表明:当m(β型脱硫建筑石膏):m(生石灰):m(水泥):m(粉煤灰)=60:12:12:16时,可以使复合改性脱硫石膏基胶凝材料的抗压强度达到18.7MPa,软化系数为O.7:在水料比为50%、料浆温度为35℃、钻;粉用量为0.2%工艺参数下,制备出了体积密度和抗压强度分别为668g/cm^3和2.8MPa的加气复合改性石膏砌块,找到了为脱硫石膏资源化利用的新途径。
In this paper, aerated blocks were prepared from calcined gypsum from flue gas desulfurization (FGD) of coal-fired thermal power plant,the influence of materials components and process parameters on the properties of aerated blocks were inves- tigated. The resuhs show that,the strength and water resistance of calclined gypsum from FGD has greatly improved by mixing with fly ash,lime,amt cement. When the mix ratio of calclined gypsum,lime,cement,fly ash is 60%:12%:12%:16%,the strength and softening coefficient of compound modification calclined gypsum from FGD reach to 18.7 MPa and 0.7 respectively. The aerated block with compressive strength of 2.8 MPa and bulk density of 668 g/cm^3 is prepared when the process parameters are as follows: water to hinder ratio is 50%,mixing temperature at 35 ℃,aluminum powder content is 0.2%. This technique presents a convenient method to prepare aerated blocks and an effective way to utilize flue gas desulfurization.
