以2-甲氧基-5-硝基苯甲酸为原料,对硝基进行还原。文中对水合肼还原、Fe/HCl还原和Pd/C还原几种方法进行了研究,针对其反应时间、反应温度、副产物的生成、产率及后处理等几个方面进行了比较。前两种方法产率分别为57.2%和41.5%,更适合工业化生产;Pd/C还原的产率为81.5%,更适合实验室制备。
Taking 2-methoxy-5-nitrobenzoic acid as the material,the reduction reaction of nitro was studied.Through the research of several different methods of reduction reaction of hydrazine hydrate,Fe/HCl and Pd/C,the reaction temperature,reaction time,create of byproduct and aftertreatment were compared.The byproduct in the first two pathways were 57.2% and 41.5%,respectively,and the two methods were congruency industrial production.The byproduct in three pathway was 81.5%,and this method was congruency preparation procedure in lab.
