在广西锡矿采矿方法的扇形中深孔爆破试验中,通过正交试验法定量分析了爆破参数对大块率、粉矿率的影响。试验研究表明,影响爆破质量的主次因素依次为抵抗线、装药结构、孔底距,且最优组合为孔底距2.3m、抵抗线1.3m、孔底起爆。正交实验法能减少试验次数,为合理选取最优爆破参数,提高爆破效果提供了一种科学、有效的方法。
During the experiment of vertical fan - shaped mediumlength borehole blasting for mining in Guangxi tin mine, the effect of blasting parameters to the boulder yield and fines ratio was analyzed quantitatively by orthogonal experiment. The results and analysis indicated that the factors influencing blasting quality are burden distance, charging structure and hole - bottom distance in turn;the optimal combination of blasting parameters are hole - bottom distance 2.3 m, burden distance 1.3 m as well as hole - bottom detonation. Orthogonal test can reduce the times of experiment,is an effective approach to reasonably select blasting parameters and improve the blasting effect.
