对九龙兰等14份武夷名丛茶树资源的主要生化成分进行了测定与分析。结果表明,14份武夷名丛中除了部分名丛之间各生化成分差异不显著外,其他名丛之间各生化成分含量均表现出显著的差异性;变异性分析发现,各生化成分的变异幅度较大,平均变异系数为16.05%,其中氨基酸最高(30.40%),水浸出物最小(8.39%),表明在生化成分的改良上氨基酸具有较大的潜力,而水浸出物最小;根据适制性与酚氨比的关系,初步认为:九龙兰、王母桃、醉八仙、鹰桃、竹叶青适制绿茶,关公眉、红海棠、不见天、玉笪、醉水仙、正玉兰、金丁香、红杜鹃、醉墨适制乌龙茶;按照特异资源筛选的标准,初步认为:关公眉(57.73%)为高水浸出物茶树资源,九龙兰(5.04%)、醉八仙(5.41%)、竹叶青(5.52%)为高氨基酸茶树资源。
Detecting and analyzing main biochemical components of Wuyi Mingcong Tea Germplasms including ‘Jiu Long-lan' and other thirteen categories. According to the results, there are no appreciable difference of biochemical components among some of them but the others have significant differences. When analyzing the variability, the variation of biochemical components are in big change ranges.The average coefficient of variation is 16.05%, in which amino acid is the highest one(30.40%) and water extract is the lowest one(8.39%), it showed that amino acid has great potential in the biochemical components improvement while water extract has low improve-ment potential. On the basis of the relationship between the processing suitability and the phenol ammonia, a preliminary determination was made: there were Jiu Longlan, Wang Mutao, Zui Baxian, Ying Tao, Zhu Yeqing Ming Congs are suitable for making green tea, Guan Gongmei, Hong Haitang, Bu Jiantian, Yu Da, Zui Shuixian, Zheng Yulan, Jin Dingxiang, Hong Dujuan, Zui Mo Ming Congs are suitable for making Oolong tea. According to the screening criteria of specific resource the preliminary judgment was made: Guan Gongmei was high water extract tea germplasm resources; Jiu Longlan, Zui Baxian, Zhu Yeqing was high amino acid tea germplasm resources.
