针对存在参数不确定性的弹药协调器的定位误差问题,该文提出一种提高定位精度的区间优化方法。分析了影响弹药协调器定位精度的主要不确定参数,建立了协调器的Recurdyn-Simulink联合仿真模型,在不确定变量空间拉丁超立方采样,并带入仿真模型求解定位误差区间,基于误差区间建立了一种不确定区间优化方法,对协调器的定位精度进行了优化设计。优化计算结果表明,该优化方法效果显著。
An interval optimization method is proposed to improve the positioning precision for the shell transfer arm with parameter uncertainty. The main uncertain parameters influencing the positioning precision of the shell transfer arm are analyzed. The Recurdyn-Simulink co-simulation model of the shell transfer arm is established. The position error interval is solved by taking samples obtained from the Latin hypercube sampling method into the co-simulation model. An interval optimization method is established based on the position error interval. The optimization results show that the optimization method is effctive.
