质量功能展开(QFD)是基于顾客需求的产品设计方法,本文以企业中的科技人才为样本,将QFD技术引入心理资本质量评价中,将企业对科技人才的心理资本评价需求为出发点,通过质量屋将需求转化为评价策略,证明了QFD模型在心理资本评价中的有效性。实现了科技人才心理资本评价需求和企业心理资本评价策略的有效对接,最后对具体实施企业科技人才心理资本评价提出有益建议。
Quality function deployment(QFD)is structural design method based on customers' need. This paper take enterprise's scientific and technological employees as an example, it take the QFD technology into psychological capital evaluation. As a starting point to the needs of enterprise's scientific and technological employees demand in the psychological capital evaluation, house of quality includes demand planning, quality plan, the module configuration, control strategy, the fact certify that QFD method is effective on enterprise management. It is to achieve the effective docking between scientific and technological employees' demands and psychological capital evaluation. Finally, some useful recommendations are on the specific implementation of the psychological capital evaluation on enterprise's scientific and technological employees.
