颗粒状高分子材料对有机小分子包覆体系在药物靶向、可控缓释、香料包覆、新型化肥及农药的设计方面近年获得了广泛应用。试样为了表征其中被包覆有机小分子的含量及其释放行为,需要精确快速地测定复合颗粒中小分子有机物的浓度或残留。通过乳液聚合和复凝聚法以十二醇为昆虫激素模拟物制备了包覆有十二醇芯材的聚合物复合颗粒,同时使用气相色谱法和重量法对该复合颗粒中十二醇的含量进行了对比验证。气相色谱法测定颗粒中十二醇的含量精密度及准确度都较高,重量法与气相色谱结果获得了较好的吻合。
Polymer dodecanol particles were prepared by e- mulsion polymerization and complex coacervation. To determine the content and release of encapsulated organic chemical both gas chromatography and gravimetry were used. It was observed that the results by gas chromatography were reliable with high precision and accuracy. The results obtained by gravimetry showed good agreement with those by gas chromatography. There- fore it can be used to determine the content of the encapsulated organic chemicals as a rapid and reliable method.
