本文报道了用于转变边缘传感器(Transition Edge Sensor)读出的两级超导量子干涉器件(Superconducting Quantum Interference Device)放大器电路设计,通过电流分辨率、增益、带宽等考虑对电路参数进行设计,并采用WRspice建立电路仿真模型进行参数优化.电路通过引入磁通锁定环(flux locked loop)实现了大动态输入的确定放大倍数线性放大器,并采用时分复用读出策略对TES阵列进行读出.本文分析方法及仿真模型对于设计及验证大规模复杂TES阵列读出电路提供了一种有效的参数优化手段.
A two-stage Superconducting Quantum Interference Device(SQUID)amplifier and time-domain multiplexing(TDM)circuit for Transition-Edge Sensor(TES)readout has been designed.The current resolution,gain and bandwidth are taken into account in the design and verified by WRspice simulation model.The linear two stage SQUID amplifier and TDM TES array readout circuit have been simulated under flux locked loop mode.The methods in this paper provide efficient means for the verification and optimization complex TES array readout circuits.
