内吞作用是细胞从细胞外空间和内化横跨膜的细胞表面蛋白转运物质到细胞内的过程。吞蛋(endophilin)一直被认为参与了网格蛋白介导的细胞内吞作用,2015年《自然》(Nature)发表的两篇研究论文报道了一种由endophilinA标记和控制的独立于网格蛋白的有被囊泡内吞作用.本文主要综述近年来endophilinA2的研究,着重介绍endophilinA2在非网格蛋白介导的内吞作用中的功能和机制.
Endocytosis plays important roles in the internalization of micronutrients and turnover of membrane components. Endophilin has always being considered involving in clathrin-mediated endocytosis process. However, it was reported that endophilin marks and controls a clathrin-independent endocytic pathway on Nature in 2015 by two research groups. This review introduces recent advances in endophilin A2 and highlights the functions and mechanisms of endophilin A2 in clathrin-independent endocytosis.
