采用硅胶、ODS和Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术,从枳棋子的体积分数为70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,通过光谱数据和理化性质鉴定其化学结构,分别为:3’,5’-二-C—β—D-葡萄糖-根皮素(1),异牡荆素2'-O-β—D-葡萄糖苷(2),牡荆素2"-O-β—D-葡萄糖苷(3),异斯皮诺素(4),杨梅素3-O-β—D-葡萄糖苷(5),L-色氨酸(6)和五倍子酸(79化合物1-7均为首次从该植物分离得到.
The chemical constituents from the seeds of Hovenia acerba were isolated by silica gel, ODS and Sephadex LH-20 columns in the present study. Seven compounds were obtained from the n-butanol fraction of the 70% extract, and their chemical structures were elucidated by their spectroscopic data and physicochemical properties as 3',5'-di-C-β-D-glucopyranosyl.phloretin (1), isovitexin 2"-O-β-D-gluco- pyranoside (2), vitexin 2"-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), isospinosin (4), myricetin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), L-tryptophan (6) and gallic acid (7). All compounds were isolated from this herb for the first time.
