传统二极管中性点箝位(NPC)三电平逆变器电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法需进行大量三角函数计算和扇区判断,控制器运算量较大。尤其是当多电平逆变器电平数增加时,所需电压空间矢量及控制器计算量都呈几何倍数增加,使控制难度进一步加大。在传统SVPWM基础上,采用了一种基于60°g,h坐标系的SVPWM方法。该算法仅需简单的逻辑判断即可得到参考矢量的具体位置和合成参考矢量的最近3个矢量,大大简化了参考电压矢量的合成和作用时间的计算,且该方法还可在更多电平逆变器的SVPWM中推广应用。实验结果表明该方法的可行性和正确性。
The traditional diode neutral point clamped (NPC) three-level inverter voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) control method requires a lot of trigonometric calculation and sectors to determine,so the computation of the controller is huge.Especially when the level number of the inverter is increased, requiring voltage space vector and controller computation increased geometrically.This makes it more difficult to control.This paper adopts a novel SVPWM control method based on 60° g,h coordinate frame based on traditional SVPWM methods.The algorithm requires only simple logic to get the exact location of the reference vector and the nearest three synthetic vector of the reference vector.This method can greatly simplify the synthesis of reference voltage vector and time calculations and apply into more level multi-inverter.Simulation and experimental results show the feasibility and correctness of the method.
