介绍了一种三开关单级单相升降压并网逆变器的拓扑结构,该逆变器能够满足较宽输入电压范围下的并网运行.且具有器件最少、控制简单和效率高等优点。通过分析该逆变器在电感电流断续模式(DCM)下的电路及交流(AC)小信号模型,再根据一种能同时反映积分性能和鲁棒性能的指标优化准则,得到比例积分微分(PID)控制器的优化参数。最后进行仿真及实验研究,结果表明该三开关并网逆变器能够实现直流(DC)输入电压为100~300V的并网运行。且输出电流波形满足并网要求。
A topology of single-phase three-switch Buck-Boost grid connected inverter is introduced,the inverter can meet a wide input voltage range under grid connected operation, and has a device at least, simple control and high eftieiency.Through the analysis of the inverter circuit in discontinuous current mode (DCM) and alternating current (AC) small signal model, according to an index optimization criterion can reflect the integral performance and robust perfor- mance, optimize the parameters of proportional integral differentiationai (PID) controller, the simulation and experimental results show that the three switch inverter can realize the direct current (DC) input voltage for the grid connected to 100-300 V, and the output current waveform can meet the requirements of the grid.
