基于结构密度函数分析方法对测量得到的压差波动信号进行表征,系统研究了中试流化床催化燃烧反应器内气固流动的多尺度特征.大尺度结构发生频率在紊态流化中约为1.1,Hz,而在腾涌流化中小于0.6,Hz.腾涌流化对应的扰动尺度最均一,KSDF最大;而紊态流动的扰动均一性差,KSDF较小.从固定床-鼓泡流-腾涌流-紊态流,特征参数-1/μ先增加,在稳定鼓泡流达到一个极大值后再减小,在稳定腾涌流中取得一个极小值后又会随着紊态流动逐渐占据主导地位而迅速增大.
The dynamic behavior of multi-scale structure of a gas-solid flow in a catalytic fluidized bed combustor was studied by structure density analysis based on measured differential pressure fluctuations.The occurring fre-quency of macro-scale structures was about1.1,Hz in a turbulent flow,and it was below 0.6,Hz in a stable slugging flow.KSDF achieved the maximum in slugging flow due to uniform disturbances recorded by differential pressure fluc-tuations,while the violent breakage /coalescence of irregular voids in turbulent flow resulted in a smallKSDF.As flow patterns developed from fixed bed to bubbling flow,slugging flow,and turbulent flow with the increase of superfi-cial gas velocity,-1/μ increased and reached a maximum in bubbling flow,and then decreased continuously until turbulent flow dominated the flow dynamics.
