以微小型三轴立式数控铣床为加工平台,采用微径铣刀进行微细铣削加工铅黄铜(HPb6323)实验。首先分析了铣削微圆槽时顶端微毛刺的主要形态。分析了灰色理论模型的原理,根据实验中微毛刺的测量结果,采用灰色理论,利用累加生成运算对原始数据进行变换,从而得到规律性较强的累加数据,并基于灰色理论建立了微毛刺大小预测的灰色预测模型,实现微细铣削圆槽时微毛刺尺寸的预测。微毛刺尺寸的预测结果与实验结果吻合,证明了所建立的模型适合于微毛刺尺寸的预测。
It presents the experiment research of HPb6323 by micro-end-milling based on a 3-axial-miniaturized NC machine developed by ourselves.The main types of micro-burr in circle groove milling are studied first.Then the principle of grey theoretical model is analyzed which is applied to transform initial data based on experimental measurements by utilizing the accumulation generation operation of grey prediction,and accumulated data with stronger regularity is obtained.In addition a grey prediction model is built to forecast the micro-burr size of the circular groove in micro-end-milling,so that the predictions for micro-burr size is realized,which results consistent with the experimental one,and it is proved that the model is suitable to predict the micro-burr size.
