Real-time quantitative PCR （real-time fuorescent quantitative PCR, FQ-PCR） is the latest quantitative detection technology in recent years. For the advantages of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, rapid- ness and securacy,FQ-PCR has been widely applied in the medicine and the life science research areas. This article reviewed the main principle, classification and application of the quantitative RT-PCR in the detection of transgene products.
