涂层结合强度是评价涂层质量的重要指标,基于涂层的多样性及复杂性,涂层结合强度的检测方法种类较多。压入法是一种通过施加压入载荷诱导涂层失效以表征涂层结合强度的检测方法,此方法按压入位置的不同可分为侧面压入法、界面压入法及表面压入法;就此3种压入方法进行了综述,介绍了它们的适用范围、检测特点及研究进展,讨论了它们的优势与不足,分析了表面压入法目前存在的研究难点,并提出了相应的解决思路。
The bonding strength is one of the most important mechanical properties of coating,and could be measured by many measuring methods due to the diversity and complexity of coatings.Indentation method,as one of bonding strength measurement methods for coatings,is through the coating failure induced by the indentation load,and evaluates the bonding strength of coating.According to the indentation position,the indention method could be divided into cross-sectional indentation,interface indentation and surface indentation.The above three indention methods are summarized,the measurement scope,technology characteristics and development of the three methods are introduced separately,and the advantages and limitations are analyzed.Specially,the limitations of surface indentation method and its development prospects are analyzed.
