喷涂层结合强度是评价热喷涂技术的一个重要性能指标,由于喷涂层的多样性和复杂性,界面结合强度的测量方法多种多样。目前,常用的测量方法主要有拉伸法、剪切法、弯曲法、刮剥法、划痕法等,有些方法已有成熟的、完善的理论体系做支撑。但对于外形各异零件的现场测试,这些方法又都存在相应的局限性,不具有普适性。本文从测试原理出发,论述了这些常用方法的使用范围,分析了各种方法应用于实际零件现场测试的可行性,最终确定表面压入法为首选测量方法。
Bonding strength is an important criterion for evaluating the coating quality.There are many measurement methods of bonding strength for the multiplicity and complexity of the coating/substrate configuration.At present,tension,shearing,bending,scraping,and scratching are the common methods.Some of them are supported by mature and perfect theories.So universality of these methods is low.At the present paper,the applications of the conventional methods are discussed.Feasibility of the conventional methods using for measurement of real components is analyzed.Finally,the surface indentation test is recognized to be the best method to measure real components.
