微电网是利用分布式电源尤其是可再生能源的有效途径之一。微网运行优化是保证微网优质高效运行的基础。该文通过分析微网运行优化的关键问题,从能量管理角度出发,以微网多时间尺度运行优化中的日前优化为例,以经济性和负荷满意度为目标,采用NSGA-II优化算法获得Pareto最优边界。再引入缺电损失,以微网运行费用和电量不足引起的损失最小为原则,选取最优解,并通过场景仿真验证了算法的有效性。进一步,从用户的角度出发,将可中断负荷以不可平移和可平移两种状态进行了对比研究。仿真结果表明,若能有效制定对用户侧的激励措施,提高需求侧管理,可以更为有效的实现可再生能源的最大化利用,从而实现微网运行效益的最大化。
Microgrid is one of the effective ways of using distributed power, especially for renewable energy. Operation optimization is the basis of ensuring the high quality and efficient operation of microgrid. Firstly, the key problems of the microgrid's operation optimization were analyzed from the view of energy management. Secondly, the NSGA-II optimization algorithm was used to find the optimal Pareto front. Then, the power outage cost, total revenue including running cost and power shortage cost, was introduced to minimize the losses to choose the optimal solution. The effectiveness of the algorithm was verified by simulation. Further, from the perspective of the users, the interruptible load was analyzed under unshiftable load and shiftable load. The simulation results show that the user side can be developed effectively and the demand side management can be improved by some incentive measures. It can be more effective to achieve the maximum utilization of renewable energy, leading to achieve maximum efficiency of microgrid operation.
