目的:研究艳山姜挥发油抗炎镇痛的药理作用,为建立以活性组分为基础的艳山姜质量标准提供实验依据。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性实验、醋酸致小鼠扭体反应与小鼠热板致痛等实验动物模型对艳山姜挥发油进行整体动物生物活性评价。结果:艳山姜挥发油能够显著减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数,延长热板痛反应时间,显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀及皮肤毛细血管通透性的增高,与模型组比较差异有显著性。结论:艳山姜挥发油具有较好的抗炎镇痛作用,其挥发油含量分析,可以作为衡量艳山姜药材质量标准的指标性成分之一。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of essential oil of fructus Alpiniae zerumbet in mice; to provide experimental basis for establishing the quality standard of fructus Alpiniae zerumbet on the basis of bioactive ingredients. METHODS The inflammatory models were produced by xylene, the ear edema and capillary permeability were assayed in mice. The analgesic effects were evaluated by writhing response induced by acetic acid and hot-plate procedure in mice. RESULTS There were significantly analgesic effects of essential oil of fructus Alpiniae zerumbet,and it could signifi- cantly inhibit ear edema and skin capillary permeability induced by xylene, there was significant difference compared with control group. CONCLUSION Essential oil is bioaetive ingredient of fructus Alpiniae zerumbet with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, which can be used as the marker ingredient of quality standand of fructus Alpiniae zerumbet.
