在Brown等研究的基础上,本文重点考察领地行为的“边界”特征。基于认同理论,本文分析两种不同团队领地行为——团队成员对团队内其他成员的领地行为(对内领地行为)以及团队成员一致对外的领地行为(对外领地行为)的影响,结果表明:(1)对内领地行为负向影响团队认同与知识分享行为,且团队认同在对内领地行为与知识分享行为之间起着中介作用;(2)对外领地行为正向影响个体的角色认同,且角色认同缓解了对内领地行为与知识分享行为之间的负向关系;(3)在低角色认同的情况下,对内领地行为通过团队认同影响知识分享行为的中介效应更强。
On the base of the research of Brown and his colleges, this study focuses on the "boundary" characteristics of the territorial behavior in particular. Based on the identity theory, this paper analyzed the effects of two kinds of different team territory behaviors, i.e., internal territorial behavior and external territorial behavior. The results show that: (l) Internal territorial behavior negatively affects team identity and knowledge sharing behavior. Besides, team identity acts as a mediating variable between internal territorial behavior and knowledge sharing behavior; (2) External territorial behavior positively affects individual' s role identity and role identity positively moderate the negative relationship between internal territorial behavior and team identity; (3) Under the condition of low role identity, the mediating effect of team identity between internal territorial behavior and knowledge sharing behavior is stronger.
