The design and application of the software used for producing the parts catalogues automatically, were introduced, the software programmed with Access can treat data files generated from the drawings of AutoCAD and gather and list all parts catalogues in master assemblage plan to meet the needs of relecant technology or management departments, the soft has been put into practice and proved effective and efficient.
