基于同向团聚作用建立了声波团聚的数学模型,通过积分近似矩量法求解平均粒径分别为2.1,5.6,10.2μm,粒径标准差分别为2,4,6这3种初始粒径分布下频率对声波团聚的影响,并找出每种粒径分布下的最佳团聚频率范围。再用实验对这3种初始粒径分布的团聚效果及最佳频率进行了验证,得出平均粒径为5.6μm,粒径标准差为4时,团聚效果最佳,所对应的最佳团聚频率为900 Hz。
The mathematical model of acoustic agglomeration was established based on orthokinetic agglomeration and the quadrature method of moments was used to simulate the agglomeration effect and the optimal frequency ranges of three different initial particle size, finding out the average particle size of the three different initial particle size was 2.1 μm, 5.6 μm and 10.2 μm respectively and the corresponding standard deviation was 2, 4 and 6. The results were carried out by experiments and it is shown that when the average particle size was 5.6 μm, the standard deviation was 4, the agglomeration effect was best and the corresponding optimal frequency was 900 Hz.
