With the development of ships operation and its growing working range,variation of natural and international environment,ships are faced with increasing risks year by year and the demands for ships trailing and navigation are becoming urgent.Aiming at the characteristics of ships operation and its wireless network property,this paper designed a terminal of ships trailing and navigation based on multi network fusion including Beidou messages/mobile cellular/Zigbee,designed and developed the terminal and ensured the localization and navigation of ships after test.
