根据微波管电子光学系统有限元数值分析的特点,介绍了微波管电子光学系统有限元网格自适应的后验误差估计方法和网格自适应加密策略,并成功地在微波管模拟器套装电子光学模拟器中实现了网格自适应技术。以单阳极无栅电子枪为例,给出了网格自适应方法的计算结果,同时比较了均匀加密与网格自适应加密的计算结果,结果表明:网格自适应加密具有更好的收敛性以及更快的收敛速度,同时也表明提出的网格自适应方法是有效的。
The posteriori error estimation method and the adaptive mesh refinement strategy were developed for the simulation code of Electron Optics Simulator,a module of the lab-developed software package,Microwave Tube Simulator Suite,dedicated to the numerical simulation in finite element method for the purpose of design and analysis of microwave tubes. The electric field distributions in the single-node electron gun,with and without an electron beam,were numerically simulated in the conventional uniform refinement and the newly-developed adaptive mesh refinement,respectively,to evaluate and compare the two mesh refinement strategies. The simulated results show that the adaptive mesh refinement significantly outperforms the conventional uniform refinement,because of a better convergence,a faster convergence rate,a greater efficiency,and a higher reliability.
