用改进的DSP合成阻抗电路替代传统的压电分流阻尼电路进行振动噪声控制。详细分析了该DSP合成阻抗电路的工作原理和实现方法。在一个声学圆管上进行了并联DSP合成阻抗的压电阻尼的减振降噪实验,给出了单模态被动减振和降噪的实验结果,并将其结果与传统阻尼电路进行比较。实验结果表明:这种被动控制系统能获得更好的振动控制效果。
The improved digital signal processor DSP circuit of synthetic impedance is adopted instead of traditional piezoelectric shunting damping circuit in vibration control. The principle and implementation of the DSP circuit of synthetic impedance are analyzed in detail. The shock absorption and noise reduction by piezoelectric damping with the DSP circuit of synthetic impedance is tested in an acoustic tunnel, and the single mode result of vibration damping is given and compared with that of traditional piezoelectric shunting damping circuits. The experimental result shows that this passive control scheme can achieve much better performance in vibration control. The further study on the development of the multiple mode and adaptive passive vibration control with DSP circuit of synthetic impedance is proposed.
