Food is the first necessity of the people, and it is one of the most important factors for Chinese food security and social development to construct core area of grain product and make progress in regional capacity of grain product. Therefore, based on the method of factor analysis, the paper analyzes the factors that make a great impact on capacity of grain product in Henan. Then, under the theory of time series, it analyzes influence of the scale and rate of input mix in Henan agriculture at present. Finally, based on innovation of system and technology, it puts forward the low-carbon development trategy of grain productivity in Henan.
