以Br2为溴化试剂，水为溶剂，微波辐射5min，合成了6种8-溴腺苷衍生物，收率76％-85％，其结构经^1HNMR，HR-MS和元素分析表征。

英文摘要：

Using Br2 as a bromination reagent and water as a solvent, 8-bromoadenosine and its six derivatives were obtained in 76% -85% yields under microwave irradiation for 5 min. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, HR-MS and MS.
