于2013年1月和11月调查分析了3个级联调水水库系统枝角类群落结构对调水的响应特征.结果显示,在1月,3个级联系统均从第一级水库调水,二、三级水库与一级水库的环境欧氏距离(TP、TN、温度、pH、丝状浮游植物和非丝状浮游植物)为2.14-3.14和3.75-4.16,环境距离随梯级调水呈现逐级增大趋势;11月,只有一个级联系统从第一级水库调水,其二、三级水库与一级水库的平均环境变量欧式距离为1.36;其它两个级联系统二、三级水库与一级水库的平均环境变量欧式距离为4.09.二、三级水库与一级水库环境欧式距离与水力滞留时间呈显著的正相关关系(r=0.693,P=0.026).级联系统各水库枝角类均由象鼻溞科(Bosminidae)、溞科(Daphniidae)和仙达溞科(Sididae)组成,种类组成基本一致.在1月和11月份,二、三级水库与一级水库枝角类群落Bray-Curtis相异指数分别为0.17-0.58和0.2-0.62,相异指数均随着梯级调水呈现逐级增大趋势.枝角类群落Bray-Curtis相异指数与环境欧氏距离系数呈显著正相关关系(r=0.796,P=0.006).因此,调水有助于级联调水水库系统环境差异度变小,而枝角类群落结构相异性也随之降低.
Inter-basin water transfer is an important element of satisfying immediate water requirements in cities without sufficient water supply. Whether such manipulation has important effects on cladocerans community is controversial. We compared the cladoceran communities in three cascading pump reservoir systems with different water pumping scheme. Based on six environmental variables(temperature, pH, TP, TN, filamentous phytoplankton biomass and non-filamentous phytoplankton biomass), the Euclidean distance between the first- and second-/third-order reservoirs varied from 1.31 to 4.52, and showed a positive relationship with the water retention time of the second-/third-order reservoirs(r = 0.693, P = 0.026). Moreover, the environmental distance was greater between the first- and second-order reservoirs than between the first- and third-order reservoirs. The common cladoceran species found in the study reservoirs were Bosmina fatalis, Bosminopsis deitersi, Diaphanosoma dubium, D. orghidani, Ceriodaphnia cornuta and Moina micrura. The Bray-Curtis dissimilarity of cladoceran between the first- and second-/third-order reservoirs varied from 0.17 to 0.62, and showed a positive relationship with the environmental Euclidean distance(r = 0.796, P = 0.006). The Bray-Curtis dissimilarity was also greater between the first- and second-order reservoirs than between the first- and third-order reservoirs. Therefore, water pumping from the first-order reservoir to the second-/third-order reservoirs decreased the environmental distance between the first-order and the second-/third-order reservoirs, which decreased the Bray-Curtis dissimilarity of cladoceran between the first- and second-/third-order reservoirs.
