从优质籼稻品种七丝软占为受体亲本的转抗真菌基因后代中,选择抗病的转基因恢复系与不育系配制组合,对其杂交一代的农艺性状和品质性状进行遗传相关与典型相关分析。结果表明:(1)转抗真菌基因杂交稻单株谷重与产量构成因素间呈不同程度的正相关,产量构成因素之间则多呈负相关,不同的环境对单株谷重与产量构成因素的相关关系均产生影响;(2)稻米的垩白粒率与整精米率呈显著负相关,垩白面积与整精米长及长宽比呈显著负相关,与糊化温度呈极显著正相关;(3)农艺性状与品质性状间关系最密切的是千粒重、每穗实粒数、每穗总粒数、单株穗数和垩白度、整精米长及长宽比。在转抗真菌基因杂交稻组合选育中,除了适当控制单株穗数降低垩白度外,米质与产量是可以同步改善和提高。
Genetic correlation and canonical correlation analysis on agronomic characters and quality characters in hybrid F1 were conducted by four restorer lines with disease resistance, which were developed from rice variety Qisiruanzhan after introducing anti -fungal protein genes by biolistic transformation method, and crossed with six male sterile lines. The result observed showed that, the coefficients of correlation between grains weight per plant and yield component characters were positive in different degrees, while majority of the correlations among yield components were negative - at 1% and 5 %. The relationship between the grain weight per plant and yield - components was influenced by environment. The chalk rice rate and head rice rate, chalk rice area and kernel length (or kernel length/width) were significantly negatively correlative, but significantly positive relationship was observed between the chalk rice area and gelatification temperature. There existed a marked correlation between agronomic the characters and quality, among which were the important characters such as graine weight per plant, 1 000 - grain weight, filled grains per panicle, chalk rice grade, kernel length and kernel length/width. So characters in quality can be improved together with yield by selecting the panicles per plant reasonably to reduce the chalk rice grade.
