北京实施四大功能区域划分和区县功能定位以来,法人单位与就业出现明显的向城市功能拓展区和城市发展新区集聚的趋势,首都功能核心区产业活动空间压力得到一定释放但绝对密度仍维持在较高水平,生态涵养发展区产业活动增长不显著.四大功能区产业结构层次总体上表现为首都功能核心区和城市功能拓展区优于城市发展新区与生态涵养发展区,但城市发展新区产业结构竞争力提升迅速,同时核心区与拓展区的产业结构优化趋势显现.产业部门在四大功能区之间表现出与功能定位基本吻合的转移趋势,现代服务业进一步向核心区集聚,物质生产、城市基础设施与功能服务方面的部门显著从首都功能核心区向城市功能拓展区和城市发展新区转移,高新技术产业和生产、生活服务类部门从首都功能核心区向城市功能拓展区转移.此外,城市发展新区和生态涵养发展区部分区域由于人口集聚趋势增强,一些居住、生活服务与公共管理类部门增长较为明显.

The competitive power of industrial structure of New Area of the Urban Development raises very rapidly, at the same time, the optimization of industrial structure of Core Area of the Capital Function and Development Area of the Capital Function appears. The industrial sectors are transferring among the four functional areas. Finance and other modern service sectors is gathering to the core area, Manufacturing, Production and Supply of Electricity, Gas and Water, Transport, Storage and Post and other material producing, urban infrastructure and functional service sectors transfer from Core Area of the Capital Function to Development Area of the Capital Function and New Area of the Urban Development. Information Transmission, Computer Services and Software, Leasing and Business Services and other sectors servicing for product and life transfer from Core Area of the Capital Function to New Area of the Urban Development.
